- The members can vote up to 6 candidates.

- September 2, 2009, 14: 00 GMT: Last day for sending voter list to NIC .BR
- September 15, 14:00 GMT until September 29, 2009, 14:00 GMT: Online voting NIC .BR
- September 30, 2009 at 14:00 GMT: Elections Results Announcement
- October 7, 2009 at 14:00 GMT: Steering Committee Selection
- October 7, 2009 at 24:00 GMT: Final Results Announcement
- October 9, 2009: New officers assume positions
